About this role

  • 6 to 10 years of Experience
  • Mandatory Skills – Agile Coach & Scrum Master, Ecommerce domain with Web/ Mobile Application Experience
  • Shift : UK Shift (12:30 pm to 9:30 pm)

Agile Coaching and Team Facilitation:

  • Act as a Scrum Master, guiding teams in agile principles, assisting in removing obstacles, and supporting the delivery of sprint commitments.
  • Coach team members on agile practices to enhance collaboration, promote self-organization, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Promote a team-focused culture with an emphasis on agile values and methodologies, while ensuring accountability and productivity within the team.

Metrics Tracking and Delivery Insights:

  • Develop and maintain dashboards to provide real-time insights on metrics, such as burn rate and release train health.
  • Use data to monitor progress, project delivery timelines, and identify areas for improvement, fostering alignment between teams, stakeholders, and management.
  • Provide regular performance reports and projections, using insights to drive agile delivery goals and enhance team transparency.

Stakeholder Communication and Collaboration:

  • Facilitate meetings and updates with teams, stakeholders, and internal management, providing clear communication on project progress and performance.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, DevOps, and other departments to ensure alignment on objectives, timelines, and agile delivery standards.
  • Act as the bridge between internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring agile practices support business goals and addressing escalations as needed

Key Stakeholders:

  • Customer Applications Heads of Delivery, Product, Security and Digital Excellence as well as the Director of the department
  • Product Owners, Developers, Testers, Business analysts etc.
  • DevOps and Architects from global and local areas of LKQ Europe

Key and Desired Skills:

  • Agile Knowledge: In-depth understanding of Scrum, Kanban, and other agile frameworks, with hands-on experience in agile team facilitation.
  • Data Analysis and Visualization: Proficiency in creating and interpreting agile metrics and visualizations that drive decision-making.
  • Process Optimization: Experience in process standardization and designing frameworks that improve cross-team collaboration and reporting.
  • Facilitation and Coaching: Strong background in team coaching, with an emphasis on promoting agile principles and team self-organization.
  • Stakeholder Management: Excellent relationship-building skills to align internal and external stakeholders on agile practices and project goals.
  • Communication: Ability to convey complex concepts clearly and tailor communication to varied audiences, ensuring transparency and alignment.
  • Problem Solving: Demonstrated strength in identifying challenges and implementing solutions to streamline agile practices.
  • Change Management: Experience driving and managing change in agile transformations, promoting agile culture and methodology across teams.

Experience and Qualifications:

  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or equivalent certification required
  • Advanced agile certifications preferred, such as:
    • Certified Agile Coach (ICP-ACC, ICP-ATF)
    • Professional Scrum Master II (PSM II) or III (PSM III)
    • SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) or other SAFe certifications
