Logistics Sales Admin - SADM_Chennai Region Experience: 0.8 Months to 5 Years
Requirements:

Allocate work to the operators and manage the warehouse operations. ·
Ensure customer orders are dispatched within 24 hours. ·
Preparing invoices / documents for the daily dispatches. ·
Updating the Invoices in the Tally inventory on a daily basis. ·
Preparation of closing stock. · Maintaining various registers
(soft copy) related to dispatches & orders. · Co-ordination
with Accounts department for bank receipts, sales entries and Ledger
reconciliation. · Co-ordination with Transporter for Delivery
follow up. · Inventory Reconciliation – Ensure 90% of SKU wise
accuracy. · Sales Returns Co-ordination with Credit Notes Team to
ensure the credit notes are issued on time.
