Client Relationship Executive [ Hindi-Semi Voice Process ] Experience: 0.6 Months to 4 Years of Experience in Voice process
Job Description:
Answer incoming customer service calls and respond to
inquiries from investors, dealers and prospective investors.
Make telephone calls to investors, brokers, dealers, and
banks. Keep abreast of current market conditions, fund and company
policies, and all procedural information.
Maintain knowledge of all applicable investment and tax law
changes.
Initialize investigations of complaints via internal
communication channels.
Generate and prepare MIS reports
- Nature of Job:
Discussing about the current market situation with investors
and distributors.
Attending distributor calls and answering there queries.
Handling walk-in customer and Distributor and answering
there queries.
Reporting all types of commercial and non-commercial
transactions and operations work.
Reporting CVL, NDML & DOTEX KRA'S.
Reporting daily MIS (Management Information systems).
Responding query mails from Back end.
Consolidating daily commercial and non-commercial
transactions (Hard copy) and send it to back office.
Maintaining files like TSM log book, Addendum, KYC,
Dispatch, Deposit slip, Acknowledge slip etc.
Conducting Investor awareness program and Distributor
awareness program in respective district.
Helping in sales lead.
Salary
: INR 1,70,000 - 3,00,000 P.A. + Incentives Industry : BPO / Call Centre / ITES Functional Area : ITES , BPO , KPO ,
