Position Overview:

We’re looking for a passionate Technology Lead / Engineering Manager to join our growing team and help build enterprise grade banking products using .NET Core, Angular and a modern microservices architecture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a talented engineering team building scalable enterprise platforms
• Architect and deliver microservice-based, cloud-native banking solutions
• Collaborate with Product, QA, and DevOps teams to ensure performance, security, and reliability
• Drive best practices in design, coding, CI/CD, and agile delivery

Key Responsibilities:

• 8+ years of software engineering experience, including 2+ years in a leadership role
• Strong hands on expertise in .NET Core, Angular, and microservices architecture
• Proven experience delivering enterprise banking or fintech solutions
• Sound understanding of cloud platforms (Azure/AWS) and modern DevOps practices
• Excellent communication and team management skills
